Frequently asked questions
-
What surfaces can I use the Premium Car Care Microfiber Drying Towel | 800 GSM on?
This towel is rated at 800 GSM density, safe for automotive paint, glass, chrome, plastic trim, leather, alloy wheels and dashboards. Use one side for drying and the other for buffing. Always wash before first use to remove any factory lint. -
Is this towel machine washable?
Yes. Wash in warm water with a mild detergent, no fabric softener (softeners clog the microfiber and ruin its absorbency). Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. -
How often should I replace it?
Replace when you start seeing scratches on glossy paint, loose fibers, or reduced absorbency. Always keep car-wash and interior-detailing towels separated to avoid cross-contamination. -
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India, and you can also pay online by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Prepaid orders get 5% off at checkout. -
What's the return policy?
Changed your mind? Return any unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery; you pay the return shipping. Arrived broken, damaged or not as listed? Tell us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you in full with return shipping on us. Full details are on our Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy page. -

Key features
- One 800 GSM microfiber drying towel.
- Double-layer plush pile with silk edging on the hem.
- Use it on paint, glass, and chrome after a rinse.
- It is also safe for plastic trim, leather, alloy wheels, and dashboards. Use one side for drying and the other for buffing.
- Wash it before the first use to remove factory lint.
- No wash mitt, duster, or applicator pad is in the bag.
- This is the towel alone, not the 6-in-1 car cleaning kit.
- It is a drying cloth for any car. It is not sized to a display, so keep it off infotainment glass.
- With proper care it lasts 200+ wash cycles. Replace it when you see scratches on glossy paint, loose fibres, or reduced absorbency, typically after 18-24 months of regular use.
- Keep this drying towel separate from interior-detailing towels so dirt does not cross over.

How to use
- 1. Wash the towel before the first use so factory lint leaves the pile.
- 2. After you rinse the car, lay the towel on paint, glass, or chrome and let it soak the water. Use the drying side for water and the other side for buffing.
- 3. You can also use a clean face on plastic trim, leather, alloy wheels, and dashboards.
- 4. Keep it off infotainment glass. It is not cut to a screen size.
- 5. Keep grit out of the pile so the towel stays soft and does not scratch glossy paint.
- 6. Keep this wash-and-dry towel separate from cloths you use for interior detailing.
- 7. Hand wash it, or machine wash it on a mild cycle, in warm water with a mild detergent.
- 8. Skip fabric softener. Softener clogs the microfiber and ruins its absorbency.
- 9. Air dry it in the shade.
