Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy
This page explains how shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed on armourguards.co.in. It was last updated on 3 October 2026.
Shipping
- Free shipping on every order across India. There is no minimum order value, and it applies to prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders alike.
- Dispatch: orders confirmed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day from Kanpur. Orders confirmed after 2 PM IST, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery time: 2–4 days to metro cities and 4–7 days to the rest of India after dispatch, through our courier partners (DTDC, Delhivery and Blue Dart).
- Tracking: we send a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery is available across India. Prepaid orders get a 5% discount at checkout.
- We ship within India only.
Returns
Changed your mind: 7-day returns
- You can return any unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- A screen guard that has been peeled from its backing or applied to a screen cannot be returned, because tempered glass cannot be re-applied once installed.
- To start a return, email support@armourguards.co.in with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions.
- For change-of-mind returns, you send the item back and pay the return shipping.
Arrived broken, damaged or not as listed
- If an item arrives broken, damaged in transit, or does not match the screen size or vehicle listed on its product page, tell us within 3 days of delivery at support@armourguards.co.in with your order number and a photo.
- We send a replacement or give a full refund, and we cover any return shipping.
Refunds
- Once the returned item reaches us and is checked, we refund the full product price.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to a UPI ID or bank account you give us.
- Your bank may take a few working days to show the refund.
Cancellations
- Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing support@armourguards.co.in with your order number. After 2 hours the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled; you can still use the 7-day return above.
Lifetime warranty
Armour Guards screen guards carry a lifetime warranty. The detailed warranty terms are not published yet; email support@armourguards.co.in with your order number if you need to ask about a warranty claim.

Questions we hear before checkout
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India at no extra cost. You pay when the guard reaches your door.
If you'd rather pay online (UPI, cards or net banking), you get an extra 5% off, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
When will my order be shipped?
Every order is dispatched from our Kanpur facility: order before 2 PM IST and it goes out the same day; after that, it leaves the next morning. Shipping is free everywhere in India, with no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
We hand your order to the courier the same day if you order before 2 PM IST, otherwise the next morning. From there, transit time depends on your pincode, and remote locations take longer than major cities.
If your order seems stuck, email support@armourguards.co.in with your order ID and we'll follow up with the courier for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Prepaid: UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking through a secure checkout, with an automatic extra 5% off. Or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when your guard arrives.
My guard arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@armourguards.co.in within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. You don't keep a damaged product.
Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Just email support@armourguards.co.in with your order ID. For anything urgent past that window, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
What does the warranty cover?
Every screen guard we sell carries a lifetime warranty.

How do I find the guard that fits my car?
Each guard is precision-cut for one specific model, model-year and screen size, and a Seltos 2019 10.25" guard does not fit a Seltos 2023. The fastest way: use Select Your Car and pick your exact model.
