The Ford Ecosport 8-inch infotainment guard is the 2018-2022 8-inch overlay. Stretch a tape across the visible glass. Eight inches? This is the sheet.

The Ford Ecosport 9-inch infotainment guard is the 2019-2022 9-inch overlay. Ford sold both panels in that window. Year on the RC will not pick the cut.

A 2019-2022 car with the smaller glass still needs the 8-inch SKU. The 9-inch title also names those years. Neither listing is a cluster, AC panel, or steering overlay. Some other size? Stop. Neither outline will meet the bezel.

How to choose the right guard

Pehle glass naapo, bezel chhodo. Eight inches on the tape means the 2018-2022 8-inch listing. Nine inches means the 2019-2022 9-inch listing. A 2019-2022 registration year does not settle the size.

Bought the car used? Tape it anyway. Those two overlays do not swap. If a neighbour's dash photo looks close, ignore it. This hub is the infotainment touchscreen. Each Ecosport sheet is laser-cut to the display named in the title. The edge follows the glass, not the housing. Material is 9H tempered glass. An oleophobic coating resists fingerprints and smudges. A hydrophobic coating sheds water spots. Press from the centre so air leaves at the edge. That is the bubble-free application. The layer does not dull touch sensitivity.
